On the 12/01/21 it was the pitching day, we presented our ideas on what game we are going to show on our live action trailer. Each different groups talk about their ideas as well on what and how they're going to produce their live game action trailer. Some people gave us feedback, such as the tutors and some people. Since there was problems on our group game live trailer actions someone has problems with epilepsy so we decided to change the game but keep the same theme.

On the 12/08/21 our groups did all the paper work for the film. We all split up to do each of the paper work just to get the boring things done quicker. Once that is all over we can start practice rolling the films.

For homework I researched several games and created ideas for a live action game trailer. Furthermore I researched deeply on who made the games and what type of art style they use. Sometimes I even went to the fullest for the music orchestra as well. Also researched the different (game publisher) and compared which one and also researched the target audience of the games were.

We formed groups consisting of three or four people. Joe, Dillon, Niran and Nick were discussing our ideas for the live action game trailer. Another group came up with a similar idea to ours, so we decided to create a new game idea to make our project stand out and not be too close to another groups project. We then created a PowerPoint presentation so then in preparation for our presentation which we would pitch to the class the following week.

08/12/2021:

In the previous week we had presented our presentations to the class and had received some feedback. Because we had some problems since someone in our group had epilepsy we had to change the game but in the same genre. We then started to fill in the preproduction paperwork in preparation to our filming dates and decided what roles that each of us had to do.

26/01/2022:

My group has collected props and determined the location, meaning we are now ready to film. During this lesson we walked to our decided location and after when we set up we began filming. We eventually managed to film all the scenes it in one day which was great. I didn’t even thought we get to manage to do it again in a day like with the last film project we had to do.

02/02/2022:

We have now begun editing the clips together whilst also adding sound effects and background music, in preparation for our submission date the following week. I helped with the green screen editing and adding the picture. Dillon managed to get in the sounds and manage to fill in the scenes together.

09/02/2022:

We achieved this project just in time for the tight deadline. Dillon sent us the video so that we can upload it to our own YouTube channel for the showreel. The Live Action Game Trailer project is complete, and our work is ready for handing it for grading.

The location where we went to was Richmond park.:
