Idea:
This is a MoodBoard series of ideas that I am going to do for my final project. I selected the theme "Flight" and researched a lot of stuff such as films, aces, artists, concept work, Museums, documenties, shows, magazines, books and planes. I've decided to make and create my own Ghibli styled of short animation film for the science museum mixing with both 2D and 3D CGi. The 2D part is going to be used for the characters and background while the 3D CGI is going to blend in the same texture. I am going to use the same old classic 90s Ghibli styled texture. The reason why I go for this theme is because there is a magical charm for the 90s classical anime style than the plain modern boring ones. What the 3D CGI is going to be used for are the planes, props, buildings and ships. The reason why I want to mix both 3D CGI and 2D is so that for me I can show both of my skills and it will cut down the use of my time on developing the objects. For voice acting I am either going to voice it on my own where I am the main character or write my own story without voices or hire voice overs from online such as Fiverr. For the music I will try to create my own Ghibli style music or from other shows and movies such as Eternal Zero or The Cockpit. My main inspiration for this film is going to be the mix of the "Ohka documentry", "The wind rises", "Eternal Zero" and "The Cockpit".
