Reality Capture (Hence the name) scans photos of in real life images inside the video of each frames or photo and try to print out the accurate 3D models in the software. People can also try to perspective model via hand but mostly the AI does the job for it. Reality Capture mostly used in film industry that tries to replicate the whole scenery.
